Ted Kotsakis

Ted Kotsakis serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Plus Financial Network, where his responsibilities include spearheading the development of an exceptional backroom office team, overseeing Regional Vice-Presidents for point-of-sale and broker support, and managing product design and underwriting for large and challenging-to-place cases. With a career in the insurance industry dating back to 1985, Ted previously held managerial positions at Prudential and AIG Life before founding Plus Financial Network.

Ted earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Communication from The University of Michigan. Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to various insurance company advisory committees and subcommittees for organizations such as NAILBA and NAIFA. Ted served as the president of NAIFA Greater Detroit and was honored with the 2013 E.H. Bill Meyers, Jr. Memorial Award for outstanding service to the life insurance industry. Leveraging his unique experience and talents, Ted has played a pivotal role in helping numerous brokers and agencies formulate strategic business plans and supported them in implementation.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ted shares a fulfilling life with his wife Noelle, and together, they have raised three adult children. They find joy in traveling, spending time in Florida, and hanging out with their beloved dog Percy.
